بَابٌ في الشُّرْبِ وَقَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ أَفَلاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ} :
باب فى الشرب وقول الله تعالى: {وجعلنا من الماء كل شيء حي أفلا يؤمنون} :
(1) Chapter. The Statement of Allah: “... And We have made from water every living thing. Will they not then belive." (V.21:30) And His Statement; "Then tell me about the water that you drink. Is it you who cause it from the rainclouds to come down, or are We the Causer of it to come down? If We willed, We verily could made it salt (and undrinkable), why then do you not given thanks (to Allah)? " (V.56:68-70)

بَابٌ في الشُّرْبِ، وَمَنْ رَأَى صَدَقَةَ الْمَاءِ وَهِبَتَهُ وَوَصِيَّتَهُ جَائِزَةً، مَقْسُومًا كَانَ أَوْ غَيْرَ مَقْسُومٍ:
باب فى الشرب، ومن رأى صدقة الماء وهبته ووصيته جائزة، مقسوما كان أو غير مقسوم:
(1b) Chapter. Whoever things that giving water in charity, or as a gift or by way of a testament is permissible, whether it is divided or not.

بَابُ مَنْ قَالَ إِنَّ صَاحِبَ الْمَاءِ أَحَقُّ بِالْمَاءِ حَتَّى يَرْوَى:
باب من قال إن صاحب الماء أحق بالماء حتى يروى:
(2) Chapter. Whoever said, " The owner of the water has the right to drink till he is satisfied, as a Prophet ﷺ said, Superfluous water should not be withheld from others.

بَابُ مَنْ حَفَرَ بِئْرًا فِي مِلْكِهِ لَمْ يَضْمَنْ:
باب من حفر بئرا فى ملكه لم يضمن:
(3) Chapter. If one digs a well in his own land and somebody falls in it and dies, and owner is not reponsible.

بَابُ الْخُصُومَةِ فِي الْبِئْرِ وَالْقَضَاءِ فِيهَا:
باب الخصومة فى البئر والقضاء فيها:
(4) Chapter. Disputes and controversies about wells and the settlement of such disputes and contraversies.

بَابُ إِثْمِ مَنْ مَنَعَ ابْنَ السَّبِيلِ مِنَ الْمَاءِ:
باب إثم من منع ابن السبيل من الماء:
(5) Chapter. The sin of him who withholds water from wayfarer and travellers.

بَابُ سَكْرِ الأَنْهَارِ:
باب سكر الأنهار:
(6) Chapter. The dams of rivers.

بَابُ شُرْبِ الأَعْلَى قَبْلَ الأَسْفَلِ:
باب شرب الأعلى قبل الأسفل:
(7) Chapter. The land near the source of water has the right to be irrigated before the one that is farther.

بَابُ شِرْبِ الأَعْلَى إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ:
باب شرب الأعلى إلى الكعبين:
(8) Chapter. The land nearer to the source of water has the right to be covered with water up to the ankles.

بَابُ فَضْلِ سَقْيِ الْمَاءِ:
باب فضل سقي الماء:
(9) Chapter. The superiority of providing water (to those who need it).

بَابُ مَنْ رَأَى أَنَّ صَاحِبَ الْحَوْضِ وَالْقِرْبَةِ أَحَقُّ بِمَائِهِ:
باب من رأى أن صاحب الحوض والقربة أحق بمائه:
(10) Chapter. Whoever thinks that the owner of a tank, or a leather water-containe has a more.

بَابُ لاَ حِمَى إِلاَّ لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
باب لا حمى إلا لله ولرسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم:
(11) Chapter. No Hima (private pasture) except according to what Allah and His Messenger ﷺ did.

بَابُ شُرْبِ النَّاسِ وَالدَّوَابِّ مِنَ الأَنْهَارِ:
باب شرب الناس والدواب من الأنهار:
(12) Chapter. Drinking water by people and watering animals from the rivers.

بَابُ بَيْعِ الْحَطَبِ وَالْكَلإِ:
باب بيع الحطب والكلإ:
(13) Chapter. The selling of wood and grass.

بَابُ الْقَطَائِعِ:
باب القطائع:
(14) Chapter. The uncultivated pieces of land (granted by the ruler to some individuals).

بَابُ كِتَابَةِ الْقَطَائِعِ:
باب كتابة القطائع:
(15) Chapter. Documentation of the land grants.

بَابُ حَلَبِ الإِبِلِ عَلَى الْمَاءِ:
باب حلب الإبل على الماء:
(16) Chapter. Milking she-camels at water places.

بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ مَمَرٌّ، أَوْ شِرْبٌ فِي حَائِطٍ أَوْ فِي نَخْلٍ
باب الرجل يكون له ممر، أو شرب فى حائط أو فى نخل
(17) Chapter. One may have the right to pass through a garden or to have a share in date-palms.
